For 10+ years, Ashley has focused on supporting private equity- and growth equity-backed companies in securing senior leadership talent.
Prior to transitioning into executive search, Ashley spent more than a decade in inside and field sales roles, selling software and related solutions. Her final sales position before entering search was at ExactTarget, a SaaS-based omnichannel marketing platform that was acquired by Salesforce in 2013. Earlier in her career, Ashley worked at Oracle and across the Oracle ecosystem, selling both infrastructure and application software.
