L Capital Announces Investment in Hodess Cleanroom Construction Alongside Stellex Capital Management

L Capital Fund II LP has made an investment in Hodess Cleanroom Construction, a leading cleanroom design, engineering, construction, and maintenance platform, alongside lead sponsor, Stellex Capital Management. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Attleboro, MA, Hodess leverages its deep knowledge of the cleanroom requirements and oversees all phases of the cleanroom build across various sizes, ISO Classifications, and end markets. The Company has decades of experience providing blue-chip customers and general contractors with technical expertise and delivery of mission critical projects across key end markets including EV, semi-conductor, biologics/pharmaceutical, medical device, defense, and university research.
