His market focus spans enterprise technology, tech-enabled services, business services, and Health IT. Jeff’s placements include board directors, CEOs, CFOs, and other C-Suite executives. He currently leads the search practice at L Capital in parallel to leading Burnham Root, a boutique talent advisory services firm.
Jeff’s long-standing interest in human capital and organizational strategy originated from a research study he led during his second year in the MBA program at the University of Michigan, which examined how corporate culture functions as a growth engine within Fortune 1000 companies.

- Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at a Boston-based VC firm, where he focused on deal sourcing and investing in early-stage enterprise technology companies.
- Jeff began his career at Microsoft, where he was part of the team that helped launch Access, one of the company’s most widely adopted database products.
