Founded in 2015, L Capital is a part of a unique three-part platform serving the private equity industry. Together with our affiliates, Renovata and Zeren, the platform provides professional services across the deal lifecycle: transaction diligence & advisory, executive search, talent solutions, and co-investments.

Unlike traditional firms, L Capital selects from a pipeline of fully-formed investment opportunities sourced via our advisory services. We also leverage our C-suite network – built over decades through recruiting relationships – to originate proprietary deal flow, drive diligence, uncover insights, and inform our investment decisions.
L Capital has raised $80 million+ in capital commitments and invested across six vehicles. We primarily focus on buyout and growth equity strategies in the technology, business services, industrial and consumer sectors.
L Capital partners with top-tier private equity firms and provides executive-led diligence and advisory services across the entire deal lifecycle.
We facilitate strategic insights from C-suite executives and board members allowing PE firms to better source, qualify, and diligence deals. These services – Deal Origination, Sector Development, Diligence Support, and Leadership Acceleration – help firms minimize deal costs and build conviction earlier in the transaction, allowing resources to be focused on only the most attractive and likely investment opportunities.
