L Capital Announces Investment in G2 Risk Solutions Alongside Stellex Capital Management

L Capital has made an investment in G2 Risk Solutions (formerly G2 Web Services, Inc. (“G2”), Lundquist Consulting, Inc. (“LCI”), and Fintellix India Private Limited (“Fintellix”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”) alongside lead sponsor, Stellex Capital Management. The investment was used to finance the acquisition of the three businesses from TransUnion (NYSE: TRU).
The Platform is comprised of leading and tenured businesses that focus on deploying sophisticated data-driven solutions to provide mission-critical risk, fraud mitigation, and regulatory compliance services to their respective global clients within the financial and digital commerce sectors.
